5-Axis Machined Impeller

The impeller is the core component of the air suspension blower, boasting exceptional performance and sophisticated manufacturing processes.
In terms of efficiency, it incorporates proprietary design derived from aero-turbine engine technology, combined with an optimal specific speed design (involving dimensions such as impeller size and back-swept angle), enabling the system to achieve a maximum efficiency of up to 75%. To validate design stability, the impeller has undergone rotational tests at 120% of its rated speed.
Regarding machining and materials, advanced precision machining techniques are employed: To accommodate high-speed rotation, forging technology is utilized in manufacturing. The material of choice is aero-grade Aluminum 7075 alloy, known for its lightweight properties and high stability, though titanium alloy can also be selected for compressor applications. Processing is carried out using 5-axis machining centers to minimize tolerances, while anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion treatments are applied to comprehensively ensure the impeller's performance and service life.
