To validate design stability, the impeller has undergone rotational tests at 120% of its rated speed.

Regarding machining and materials, advanced precision machining techniques are employed: To accommodate high-speed rotation, forging technology is utilized in manufacturing. The material of choice is aero-grade Aluminum 7075 alloy, known for its lightweight properties and high stability, though titanium alloy can also be selected for compressor applications. Processing is carried out using 5-axis machining centers to minimize tolerances, while anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion treatments are applied to comprehensively ensure the impeller's performance and service life.
